Has your fence slowly faded to grey? Has your white vinyl fence slowly become covered in green algae? Has everyday weather and natural organics taken a toll on the looks of your once beautiful fencing? Prestige is here to help bring back the original beauty of your fence with our professional pressure washing equipment and cleaning solutions.
We can clean all types of fencing systems:
- Iron & Metal
- Aluminum, Chain Link, & More
Depending on the type of fence material you have depends on the type of cleaning your fence will get. For natural wood fences, our first procedure would be to apply a wood cleaner to help break down any dirt, grime, mold, mildew, algae, and organics. The wood cleaner is then brushed in, helping work the cleaner into the grain of the wood, then allowed to dwell.
After some dwell time, the deck is then low pressure washed to remove any of the dirt, grime, mold, mildew, algae, and organics. Low pressure is used as not to damage or scar the wood during pressure washing. Once all the fence has been pressure washed, the last step is to apply a wood brightener to help restore the natural beauty of the wood. This process makes the wood look as it did the day it was installed.

Vinyl fencing is as close to maintenance-free as it will get, but occasionally still needs cleaning. A microbial is applied to the fence and allowed to dwell. Once dwelled, the fence is then low-pressure steam cleaned. The use of steam allows helping emulsify dirt, grime, mold, mildew, algae, and organics. The use of hot water on wood or composite is not recommended as it can swell the grain of the wood, allowing for future paints, stains, and sealers to not properly adhere. Once the low-pressure steam cleaning is completed, your fence will once again be the bright white it once was.
For composite fencing, the process is just a little different. We first apply a wood cleaner with a microbial in it to help with mold and mildew spots that seem to be prevalent on composite decking and fencing. The same process for a regular wood fence washing continues from there as a low-pressure wash is used to remove any dirt, grime, mold, mildew, algae, and organics. Once the pressure washing step is complete, your composite fence will look new again.
All other fencing material cleaning receive a simply low-pressure steam cleaning. Low pressure and high heat clean more effectively than high pressure and cold water. Using hot water or steam allows us to not damage the surface of the material or accidentally remove paint from say your beautiful wrought iron fence. It does not matter if you have only a few feet of fence or miles of fence, Prestige can handle your fence cleaning needs and get the job done in a timely and professional manner.
