We walk the site, review access, tie-offs, and perimeter safety; inspect seams, zippers, and coatings to tailor detergents and dwell times—considering high-elevation UV, strong winds, windblown dust/fines, de-icer films (I-80/I-25 corridors), irrigation minerals, and freeze–thaw cycles.
Set controlled work zones, anchor points, and (as needed) capture/diversion for compliant runoff—coordinated around club play, school calendars, and event schedules.
Apply membrane-safe chemistry to lift dust films, algae/mildew in shaded seams, oxidation from sun/cold, wildfire soot, and hard-water spotting from sprinklers. Soft agitation only—no harsh abrasion.
Gentle rinse, then final quality check for uniform brightness and coating integrity. Provide before/after documentation.
