We walk the site, review access, tie-offs, and perimeter safety; inspect seams, zippers, and coatings to tailor detergents and dwell times—considering marine salt mist (coast & sound), frequent drizzle that fosters moss/algae, cedar/pine pollen film, wildfire soot east of the Cascades, irrigation minerals, and winter freeze–thaw.
Set controlled work zones, anchor points, and (as needed) capture/diversion for compliant runoff—coordinated around club play, school calendars, and event schedules.
Apply membrane-safe chemistry to lift moss/algae and biofilm, pollen and leaf tannins, salt haze, oxidation from sun/cold cycles, and hard-water spotting from sprinklers. Soft agitation only—no harsh abrasion.
Gentle rinse, then final quality check for uniform brightness and coating integrity. Provide before/after documentation.
