We walk the site, review access, tie-offs, and perimeter safety; inspect seams, zippers, and coatings to tailor detergents and dwell times—considering Gulf salt haze (coast), cedar/oak pollen (Hill Country), red clay/caliche dust (Central & West TX), irrigation minerals, and hail/soot in North Texas corridors.
Set controlled work zones, anchor points, and (as needed) capture/diversion for compliant runoff—coordinated around club play, school calendars, tournaments, and event schedules.
Apply membrane-safe chemistry to lift algae/mildew in humid zones, pollen films, salt haze, oxidation from sun/heat, and hard-water spotting from sprinklers. Soft agitation only—no harsh abrasion.
